This is the block diagram for a Labview program designed for the Keithley 2400 source meter. This VI tells the source meter to sweep through a range of voltages (given as input) and measure current. This program is ideal for generating IV curves of solar cells, in my case, 1 mm^2 organic photovoltaic cells.
I began with a VI downloaded on the Keithley website's 2400 Labview example page. I edited the program so that it calculates the efficiency, fill factor, open current voltage, short circuit current, max power, and max theoretical power. All of these measurements, in addition to the current and voltage data, are saved to a text file that can be opened in Excel.
